RETURNS & REFUNDS

At La Bella Amore Boutique, we value our customers and want each customer to have an awesome experience when shopping with us. Your satisfaction is our priority. We want to make returns as easy as possible.   
  

RETURN INFORMATION 

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria: 

  • If you arent 100% satisfied with any item, feel free to return it within 14 calendar days (U.S. orders) of the purchase date in its original condition, with tags still attached, and in original packaging for a full refund. International returns must be returned within 25 calendar day of the purchase date. 
     
  • Items must not be worn, used, unlaundered or tampered with and must be placed into their original packaging. 
     
  • If item(s) are in less than perfect condition, the item(s) will be sent back at the expense of the customer or La Bella Amore Boutique, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee. 
     
  • Damaged items must be reported to La Bella Amore' Boutique within 3 days of receipt.  
     
  • Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent in your package in addition to the reason your item is being returned 
     
  • Original shipping is non-refundable. 
     
  • Please note that the return process must be completed within 7 days after approval or the return is no longer valid. 
    • Items cannot be returned when a discount used to purchase the item is 25% or greater. 

     
    RETURN SHIPPING  

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

     

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

    Non-returnable items include free gifts or promotional itemssale items, and holiday items. In the event a holiday item has been received damaged, the item must be reported within 5 days of receiving your item(s) 

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email customersupport@lbaboutique.com with pictures and a description of the damage.

    If an item becomes damaged AFTER you have worn, laundered, or tampered with it, the item will not be eligible for return. 


    REFUNDS
     

    • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.  
       
    • La Bella Amore' Boutique will send you an email notification that your returned item has been received. 
       
    • Once your return has been inspected, La Bella Amore' Boutique will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. 
       
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.  
       
    • There are no charges for returns as long as Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging 
       
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges if you do not properly obtain an RMA. 
       
    • Items that are returned without following the instructions listed above will be charged a 20% restocking fee 

    • La Bella Amore Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame after creating an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

     
    ORIGINAL PAYMENT 

    La Bella Amore’ Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed.  Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 15 additional business days to post the refund to your account.  

    Note: 

    We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) deliveries for returns, exchanges or deliveries of any sort. Also, we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.  

     
    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): 

    • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
       
    • If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email customersupport@lbaboutique.com 

     
    ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 

    We all want orders to arrive as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 3 hours after making your purchase at customersupport@lbaboutique.com or call us at 1-855-Labella. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-3:00 pm CST.  Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. 

    Once an order is placed if you decide to cancel it there will be a 20% restocking fee.  

     
    If you ordered the wrong merchandise and realized it after checkout contact us immediately. We are not responsible for incorrect orders/addresses. If we still have your order when contacted we can exchange the incorrect merchandise to the correct merchandise provided that we have it in stock. If not we can exchange for another item. If you decide to remove merchandise entirely before package is shipped a 20% restocking fee will apply.  

    If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee. 

     
     LOST AND STOLEN ITEMS 

    All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. La Bella Amore’ Boutique is not responsible for lost and/or stolen items and recommend any item sent back to be insured at the customers expense with the courier of choice. We highly recommend you obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation for your return and keep it for your records as well as for our reference if needed.  

     
     

    REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 

    If an incorrect address is entered causing your package to be undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping fees. If the package is shipped back to us and the customer does not want to pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent back out, a 20% restocking fee will apply before a refund is issued. We DO NOT change anything with your shipping address. Once the order is submitted a label is automatically generated. Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your shipping address to prevent your package from being "undeliverable".  

     

    Once the undeliverable package is received on our end (if received) you will be notified and asked for the correct address. Postage to reship will then be due. If we do not receive your package do to a "reroute" from the postal service, we are not responsible for the lost or stolen items.
