We are proud to offer international shipping!


SHIPPING TIME


Most orders received before 3:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received after 3:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. The current processing time is 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Once shipped it may take approximately 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 5-7 business days or sooner from the date of purchase. Please note that during Holidays and or big sales/promotions, processing time may increase to 3-4 business days for processing.

Rush shipments are shipped out same business day (if placed before 1:00pm CST) and takes approximately 2-3 business days to receive, but may take longer due to carrier delay.

All U.S. items will be shipped Via USPS Priority unless other arrangements have been made. 


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Occasionally, La Bella Amore' Boutique will offer items on a pre-order basis. An item that shows "pre-order" status is not yet in stock, but is anticipated to be on an approximate date specified in the "Product Description" section of the clothing item.

Please note that any item on pre-order status will not be shipped immediately upon placing your order and may delay processing of other in-stock purchased items unless otherwise requested. 

 
U.S. SHIPPING RATES

Standard United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping rates vary depending on weight of item(s). Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance up to $100 unless the option for rush shipping was chosen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure to call us to purchase insurance after you checkout, or leave notes at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RATES

International shipping has a calculated rate based on your purchase.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and your order will arrive within 7-10 business days. We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges if required by customs after the package arrives in your country. Once an order shows to be delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 


TAXES

La Bella Amore’ Boutique does not collect taxes from customers in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.


ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through independent carrier you have chosen for delivery.

TRANSPORT
All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier who is not affiliated with, or controlled by, La Bella Amore’Boutique. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when La Bella Amore’ Boutique delivers these items to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. If a package is undeliverable to the address provided by the customer and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number provided please contact the carrier you have chosen for delivery of your package. We provide delivery confirmation as well as insurance on packages up to $100. 

 
Once an order is shipped, if you would like to return or exchange merchandise, please refer to our Returns and Refunds page. When returning merchandise, you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (Unless it was an error on our part).
